Connecting elina to Pricelabs

Overview

This article will explain to you a step-by-step guide on how to connect elina to Pricelabs.

Requirements needed before you begin:

The elina concierge team will need to create a username & password and provide it to you to add it in Pricelabs.
You need to make sure all your property types have GEO location entered in elina system. For more details see here

Go to Revenue >>> Distribution >>> Create connection Group

Note: Please do not use existing integration groups. For Pricelabs it needs to be new integration groups.

Select the property Area
Select the property Type
Name the integration group as Property Area -Property type - Pricelabs
Insert the description same as integration group name (3)
Insert the number of forwarding days as 365
Save the group

Now you can proceed by connecting this integration group to Pricelabs, to do that Go down to the integration links and select Pricelabs and then select Add - Note: If you do not see PRICELABS on the dropdown, please get in touch with the elina concierge team

Then Save the group

Select on the Activate

And then save the group again
Select Active to activate the rate plan and then save the group again

And finally, Activate the integration group

You have now completed the process. You can now go to Pricelabs and sync the properties to make sure the rates are updated to elina.

Are your listings not syncing on Pricelabs?

This is due to property/accommodation types connected to Pricelabs does not have a GEO location entered in elina – To update see the guide here.

Unable to Update the Location on elina?

You are unable to do so because the required settings are not enabled whiles generating Google Maps – API Key or the Trail period for your cloud platform has expired (which reduces the service availability) – For more details see here.

Elina PMS Username: PRICELABS
Elina PMS Password: Password generated - Given during set up of Pricelabs integration
Elina PMS Subdomain: CUSTOMERNAME-services (example) If your elina URL is https://elinaconcierge.elinapms.com/ your domain is elinaconcierge-services
