A summary of recent releases in January 2025. See what new features or improvements can help you in your day to day.

 

Upgrades to Personalised Billing and Invoicing

 

• More customisation of charge statements and invoices. Ideal for all customers.
• A new clean up invoices button. We have re-thought the recalculate button based on customer feedback, to make it easy to clean up invoicing if required. Only required for some customers.

When guests are billed for what

• End of stay invoicing. Only generate invoices are the end of the stay, by manually confirming create invoice/s. Introduced as a setting, so you will need to turn it on if you want to use it. Ideal for hotels.
• Credit note matching to interval (ie monthly invoices). Currently a credit note is created to match the value of the shortened interval period. This new change will make it easier to present credit invoices to clients, and for finance. Introduced as a setting, so you will need to turn it on if you want to use it. Ideal for serviced apartments. 

 

Quotes Now Visible in Calendar

 

You can now view quotes in the calendar in your system. Click on the calendar, then select filters, then you can tick the tickbox to sees quotes. The calendar will remember your preference.

Daily Deliverables Report - Print and use as a breakfast list

This new report shows all checked in guests and what rate type they are, plus any add ons they have. So whether you track if a guest has breakfast, or another deliverable, based on their rate type, or add ons, you will see in this report. Hotels print this list ahead of guests getting up and coming for breakfast. You may also find other uses for it too.

Ideal for hotels and aparthotels.
