A guest focused release. Elina 8 re-imagines pre-arrival tasks to make them seamless for guests and staff alike. Whether making payment, collecting a card to guarantee the reservation, updating an email address, or getting a digital signature on terms and conditions - we've made it easy.

Stripe and elina Pay customers can now collect payment by alternative payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Revolut, Bank Transfer and other localised options.

All of the following: making a payment, saving a payment method, and the pre-arrival process, are all now 'Instant Access'. Guests can open the link quickly with no login required and no other barriers in their way. It's now easy! This means your team can with confidence send the guest the link to complete one or more of these tasks before or during arrival, remotely or in person. You can also now add this Guest Instant Access to your website!

Guest Instant Access, now means people can access the link without needing to login, or complete a magic link. It is now seemless! Guests can do it all on their mobile from anywhere, easily.

All steps in pre-arrival management are optional, and include: digital signature on terms and conditions, selfie, passport or document details, passport or document picture, guest questions, and online check-in. Yes, thats' right! Checking-in is now an optional step! Plus, guests with emails addresses from AirBnB, Booking.com or Expedia can be asked to update their email address.
