  • Block door access (permissions based)
  • Reset door access code (permissions based)

  • Override arrival and / or departure time/s (permissions based)

Automatic bookings, modifications and cancellations Sync

Choose how you want to manage door access:

Automatic - door access for guest/s is created automatically based on bookings

Check-in - door access for guest/s is created when check-in is complete

Once properties are created in Remote Lock, and common doors are set up, then door access can be managed fully from elina PMS.

Duve Integration

The integration to Duve has been updated, so that the check-in code, can be stored as a field in elina and sent to Duve when they need it to pass on to guest. This ensures customers using Duve, can use the elina integration to Remote Lock and still get the full automation if they desire.

FAQs & Tips

Do I need 24/7 Wi-Fi for my smart lock to work?
No, most locks connect periodically to the internet to update and download new codes. If no
connectivity is available, the lock will try again.

Backup key
If the batteries run out or there is a lock failure, PIN codes will not work. Therefore we

lock out, rather than having the g

Emergency services code
If you have no staff on site, we recommend creating a common door code for all doors and
give this to the emergency services. This means that should the emergency services need to
access the property, there is no need to break down or damage any doors.
