Service Agreement Signed

Expect a setup fee invoice from our Accounts Team. Once payment is received, we can begin the onboarding process.
ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS

You will receive an email titled “Welcome to Elina – Let’s Get You Set Up” with links to your onboarding documents.

INSTALLATION

After we receive your completed documents, we will schedule the setup and configuration of your Elina platform.

Once setup is finished, your Elina Property Management Platform will be ready for use.
TRAINING OPTIONS

Remote Screen Share Training

We will propose a few date and time options for your initial sessions (approximately 2 hours each).

Sessions can take place via Microsoft Teams, Skype, Google Hangouts, whichever you prefer.

Onsite / In-Person Training & Consultation

This requires additional planning. We will discuss suitable dates, times, and session lengths with you.

Operational Phase

At this point, you have what you need to populate Elina with rates, dynamic rules, marketing descriptions, images, and more.

Data Transfer & Integration Setup

Manual Reservation Transfer

We highly recommend manually transferring future reservations into Elina so your team gains hands-on experience.

Automated Reservation Import

If your contract includes automated import (e.g., for large volumes), we will contact you for the necessary details.

Integration Setup
