Why am I unable to upload booking engine images?

1. If you are missing the option Select files then you may not have flash player installed or it may need to be upgraded.
2. Images with very long names may cause an error during upload. Try to shorten the image name and try again. The number of characters of your image file name should not exceed 46 characters (including spaces). Still seeing an issue? Please send us a copy of the image and we'll have a look for you.
3. It may be browser version related. We, therefore, recommend ensuring that you are running the latest version of the browser. If this is already the case and the issue persists please share the details with our Concierge Team.
