The owner needs to have a profile and this needs be linked to their accommodation(s)
A management fee percentage lower than 100% has to be set on the owner's accommodation(s). The percentage needs to be set as agreed between you and the owner.
Reservations on owner accommodation(s) need to be checked in and checked out

The above will ensure that rental income credit notes are automatically created on owner accounts upon check out of their paying guests.
