How do I retrieve credit card details?

To retrieve a guest's credit card simply process an invoice manually, select 'Process Stored Card Manually', and the amount you wish to process. You will then be asked to enter your Elina password again and Elina will reveal the card information upon clicking 'Add'. Note that Elina is a PCI compliant system and therefore not allowed to store credit card CV2 codes, You will therefore not find this code when the card details are revealed.
