How do I make notes appear only on the date that they are relevant on?

For action notes i.e. notes that should be taken care of on a specific date please enter the action date in the 'Time taken' date field (for example the arrival date of a reservation). You may then go to Tasks -> View Notes and search for notes by date range.
For "FYI" notes i.e. notes that remain active as they contain useful information about a guest, leave the note creation date in the 'Time taken' date field as is.
Notes will appear on the Dashboard on the date that they are set for.
