Does the system automatically refund payments or credit back invoices when a reservation is cancelled?

Elina does not automatically refund payments when a reservation is cancelled.

Additionally, invoices that have an invoice number even if they are not yet paid will not be credited by the system.

Therefore please manually refund or credit as required. 

Note: If you have a payment gateway integration, please remember to refund any payments using the payment gateway extranet and to the replicate this in the guest account.
