Do changes to reservations made in Elina trigger email confirmations?

Email confirmations automatically sent in the following cases:

  1. When a new reservation is made in Elina's back-office or the booking engine
  2. When a new reservation is received from the Cubilis channel manager
  3. When a reservation is cancelled

Confirmations are not auto-triggered in the following cases:

  1. When a new reservation is received from the Staah or Siteminder channel managers
  2. When an existing reservation is modified
  3. When a new company reservation is made
  4. When a new group reservation is made
