Email confirmations automatically sent in the following cases:
- When a new reservation is made in Elina's back-office or the booking engine
- When a new reservation is received from the Cubilis channel manager
- When a reservation is cancelled
Confirmations are not auto-triggered in the following cases:
- When a new reservation is received from the Staah or Siteminder channel managers
- When an existing reservation is modified
- When a new company reservation is made
- When a new group reservation is made
