Why does elina say 'Zone not available' when I try to make a new booking?

1. Is it already booked? An accommodation must be vacant for the entirety of the reservation for it to show as available.

2. Is the room status 'Off - other'. 'Off - Owners request' or 'Maintenance'? For the first 2 scenarios, you can click 'include off the market' on the reservation edit screen (back office only) - which will allow you to allocate the accommodation. For status 'Maintenance, you cannot book the accommodation until the status is changed.

3. Are there rates loaded? You can only make reservations for an accommodation type if there is a rate loaded for the length of the reservation.

4. The number of sleepers in the reservation is higher than the Maximum Capacity set for the accommodation type you are trying to reserve.
