Improvement - The Today Dashboard

We've made some improvements to the Today Dashboard in elina.

1. Notifications re-labelled as 'Actions'
2. Quick links to to check in or checked in and also to 'to check out' and 'checked out'
3. Quick links to all arrivals and all departures for the day
4. Scrolling arrivals and departures lists on the dashboard, rather than just the next 5 (based on check in or check out time)
5. 'Reservations since yesterday' (since 00:01 the day before) with 'arriving today' label improved for usability. You can see the latest reservations made since yesterday and which ones of those are due to arrive today
6. Future displaced reservations are shown under 'Action' section as a link.
